Surender Steels

Surender Steels is a small shop located at Plot.No. 2-2-96/1 in the middle of Pan Bazar. If you’ve ever been to the bazar, you know how hectic and loud it can get. We are right in the thick of it. Our space is filled with different types of steel, and there isn't much room for anything else. We don't have a fancy office or a computer system for everything. We still do a lot of our bookkeeping by hand in paper notebooks. It’s just the way we have always done things at Surender Steels. The shop doesn't have air conditioning, so we rely on a couple of old fans that have been around for years. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the inventory. People come to Pan Bazar for all sorts of things, and they often stop by our plot if they need steel. We don't do any advertising or social media. We just have our name on the board outside, even if the paint is starting to peel a bit. It’s a very honest, local way to run a business. We see the same faces every day and we like the community feel of the bazar. We don't have any big speeches about our goals. We just want to provide what people need and make enough to keep going. It is a simple, hardworking life on Plot.No. 2-2-96/1.
