We've been at 208/3 in Phase-Ii, Ida, Cherlapally for a good while now. Super Pack Packaging Machines Pvt Ltd isn't some fancy office building, it's just a place where we get the work done. Mostly we spend our days looking at the machinery and making sure things run like they're supposed to. The shop floor gets pretty loud sometimes. We started this because we knew how to put together a solid packaging machine and it just grew from there. It isn't always pretty, and some days the heat in Cherlapally is quite a lot to deal with, but we show up anyway. We have a small crew here who mostly know each other's families by now. We don't spend much time on fancy brochures or websites. If a machine needs fixing or a part isn't lining up, we just get our hands dirty and figure it out. Usually, someone is making tea around four and that's when we catch a break. People know us in this part of the industrial area because we've stayed put for so long. It’s a lot of metal and bolts and grease here. We don't talk about innovation or anything like that, we just make sure the machines we build don't fall apart when you start them up. It’s hard work, but it keeps the lights on and we like being part of the local scene here in Hyderabad.
