Sunrise General Stores

Sunrise General Stores is located over in Lalapet. We’re right near the Camel Book Depot, which is a landmark most people in the neighborhood use to find us. It’s a small shop, and we try to keep it stocked with the things people actually use every day. We don’t have everything, but we have enough. Usually, one of us is behind the counter from early morning until we close up at night. It can get a bit tight in the aisles when more than three people are inside at once. We’ve got shelves full of different items, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what someone is looking for. The floor is a bit uneven in the back, but we’ve gotten used to it. We know most of the people who walk through the door by their first names. It’s more of a neighborhood spot than anything else. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and talking to the delivery guys who bring the crates. It’s a lot of repetitive work, like putting things on shelves and making change. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just use flashlights until it comes back. It’s just a normal store in a normal street. We don't do anything special, we just keep the place open and wait for the regulars to stop by for their daily bits and pieces.
