Makro

We've been running Makro here in Hyderabad for a while now. It's a busy spot and we try to keep things moving as best as we can every day. Most of us here grew up in the city or moved here for work, so we know how the local pace goes. We spend most of our time at the office dealing with whatever comes across the desk. It’s not always pretty or organized, but we get the job done. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's a bit quieter, which gives us a chance to catch up on paperwork. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a regular workspace where we handle the daily tasks that keep a business going in a place like Hyderabad. There are plenty of challenges, like the traffic getting in or the heat in the summer, but we manage. If you stop by, you'll probably see a few of us drinking tea and looking at spreadsheets. It's nothing special, just honest work. We try to be helpful when people call in, though sometimes we're short-staffed and it takes a minute to get back to everyone. That's just how it is when you're a small team trying to keep up. We've seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. It's a simple setup we've got here. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just the usual daily grind.
