Sunglanz Minerals Pvt. Ltd. is located on the first floor at 5-9-22/1/4/A on Hill Fort Road in Adarsh Nagar. It’s a central enough spot, and the building is easy to spot once you’re on the right street. We’ve been working out of this office for a few years. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a good space for us. We handle the mineral side of things, mostly administrative and sales work from here. It’s not a showroom or anything like that. Just a few rooms with desks, computers, and samples of what we deal with. Adarsh Nagar is a mix of residential and business spots, so it’s usually quite lively during the day. We don’t have a massive team, just enough people to keep things ticking over. We don’t spend much on advertising or making ourselves look bigger than we are. The view from the first floor isn't much, just the street and the trees along Hill Fort Road, but it’s nice to have a window. We keep a few plants on the ledge, though they don't always get enough light. We just prefer to deal with our clients directly and honestly. Sometimes the internet goes slow or the power cuts out for a bit, but we just work around it. It’s a very normal office environment. We have tea together in the afternoon and talk.
