Sthree Sadhikaratha Foundation

Sthree Sadhikaratha Foundation is based on the first floor of a building in Mega Hills, over in Madhapur. We are at Plot No 85, which is a busy enough area with all the growth happening in Hyderabad lately. The office isn't anything too crazy, just a functional space where we handle our daily tasks. We mostly focus on helping women in the community get a bit more stable in their lives. Whether that is through learning a new skill or just having a place to talk about work and life, we try to keep the doors open. A few of us started this because we saw a lot of people struggling to find their footing. It gets pretty busy here, especially in the afternoons when folks stop by to check on their projects. We use simple tools and try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit messy when we have a lot going on at once. Madhapur can be a fast place, but inside our office, things are a little more grounded. We don't spend money on big signs or anything like that. Most people find us because someone else told them about what we do. It’s just how things work in this neighborhood. We’ve been here for a bit now, and while it's a lot of work, it feels right to be doing it in this part of town for the locals.
