Steel Technology

Steel Technology is based out of the second floor of Oxford Plaza. The address is SD Road, inside the Ochre Media Pvt. Ltd. office. It’s a bit of a shared space situation. The building is quite central and easy to find once you are on the main road. We do a lot of work involving steel projects and technical specifications. Being on the second floor is nice because we are away from the street level noise. There are big windows, but they mostly look out at other buildings. We have a few desks and some computers. There’s always a stack of blueprints or technical drawings sitting on the main table. It’s not a very big team. We mostly communicate through email or just shouting across the room. The elevator in Oxford Plaza is a bit slow, so we often take the stairs. It’s a professional enough environment, but it’s not stiff. We have a small pantry where we make tea. The carpets are a bit worn out in the corners. We don’t really have many visitors, so we don’t worry about the decor much. It’s just a place where we sit and figure out the technical details for our clients. Steel Technology has been in this spot for a while now. It works for what we need to do. We just keep our heads down and handle the work.
