Our office for Starlite India Infra P. Ltd. is at Plot No. 12B, H No. 4-64, in Ganesh Nagar. This is in the Narapally area. It’s a private limited company by name, but we operate more like a local family business. We focus on infrastructure projects, which means we are often dealing with a lot of heavy paperwork, permits, and planning. The office in Ganesh Nagar is where we coordinate everything. It’s usually got maps spread out on the tables and people talking on phones about site progress. We aren't into the corporate polish you see in the big city offices. Our chairs don't match and the tea is usually a bit too sweet, but we get the work done. Narapally is growing fast, and being in Ganesh Nagar puts us right in the middle of it. We see a lot of new buildings going up around us. Most of us have been working in this field for a long time, so we’ve seen how things are built from the ground up. We don't go around making big claims about being the leaders in anything. We just take on the projects we can handle and try to finish them without too many headaches. It’s a lot of coordination between the office and the guys out in the field. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the next plot or the next road.
