Our office is at number 30 in Bhagyalakshmy Nagar, which is part of the Gandhi Nagar area. It’s a relatively quiet street, so it’s a good place to get thinking work done. We do consulting, which mostly means a lot of meetings and even more time spent reading through documents. The office is pretty standard with desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don’t go in for expensive decor because we’d rather just focus on the projects we have. There’s usually a pot of tea going in the afternoon to keep everyone moving. We have a few long-term staff members who have been here since the start, and we all know how the files are organized. It’s a small operation, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to drafting reports. Gandhi Nagar is a decent place to be based, and our neighbors are mostly other small offices or houses. We don’t have a big sign outside, just enough for people to know they’ve found the right place. Most of our work comes from word of mouth anyway. We don't spend much on advertising. We just sit down with our clients, listen to what they need, and try to give them some practical advice based on what we know. It’s a simple way to work and it has kept us going for years without much trouble.
