St Thomas Motor Driving School

St Thomas Motor Driving School is located at Plot No 288/3 on the Main Road in Trimulgherry. We are easy to spot because we are right beside the Hanuman Temple and just across from the RTO office. This location is pretty handy since our students have to go to the RTO for their tests anyway. We have a few cars that we use for the lessons. They aren't the newest models, but they work well and have the extra pedals on the passenger side so the instructor can help out. Most of our day is spent sitting in the car, talking people through how to use the clutch or check their mirrors. Hyderabad traffic can be a bit much, especially on the Main Road, so we start the beginners off slow. The office is just a small room where we keep the schedules and take down names. Sometimes we are out on a lesson and the phone just keeps ringing until we get back. We don't do anything fancy here. It’s just about teaching people how to drive without hitting anything. The instructors have been doing this for years and they have plenty of patience. We see a lot of nervous teenagers and even some older folks who finally decided to learn. It’s a basic business, and we just focus on getting people ready for their licenses. We make sure the cars are fueled up and ready every morning before the first student arrives at the office.
