Srivari Metcast Private Limited is based in Jeedimatla, specifically at D-20 in Phase-V of the I.D.A. It’s an area full of industrial activity, and we fit right in with the rest of the units. Our building is a simple structure that serves its purpose. We spend our days managing the flow of materials and making sure the operations don't hit too many snags. It’s a lot of coordination between the different people working here. The roads in Phase-V can be a bit rough sometimes, especially after the rain, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been at this location for a good number of years. There is nothing particularly fancy about our setup. We have the equipment we need and a space to work, and that’s about it. We don't spend money on big signs or glossy brochures. Most of our time is spent looking at spreadsheets or being out on the floor with the guys. It can get pretty loud during the day, so phone calls are sometimes a bit of a struggle. We just take it one day at a time. The team here is small but we’ve worked together for a long while, so we know how to handle the busy periods. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our work and go home to our families at the end of the day. That’s the reality for us here at Jeedimatla and we like it.
