Srinidhi International School

If you’re driving toward Jubilee Hills, you’ll probably pass by Road No 37. We’re right there, near the IBP petrol bunk at Plot No 727. It’s a prime spot, but that also means a lot of noise and traffic. Srinidhi International School is a busy place, and we’re always trying to manage the flow of people coming in and out. The area is quite upscale, but inside the school, it’s just regular work. We spend a lot of our time coordinating schedules and making sure the facilities are in good shape. The petrol bunk is a good landmark because people always get lost trying to find specific plots in Jubilee Hills. We don’t have a fancy mission statement posted on every wall. We just focus on the day’s tasks. The sun can be really harsh on this side of the hills, so we’re grateful for the air conditioning when it works. Dealing with the logistics of a school in such a central location is a challenge every day. We have to be careful about where cars park and how the buses move. It’s a lot of practical, boring stuff that keeps a school running. We’re just a group of people working hard to make sure everything is in order. It’s not a polished corporate environment; it’s a school with real people and real daily issues to solve. We finish up late most days just to get ahead for tomorrow.
