Sri Vijaya Industries

We have a couple of shops, numbers 24 and 25, in the A K Complex on the main road in Shapur Nagar. It’s right in the Jeedimetla area. If you know that part of town, you know it’s always buzzing with activity and noise. We’ve been here at Sri Vijaya Industries for quite some time. The shops are basically full of industrial supplies and materials, which can make things a bit cramped. There isn't much room to walk around when we get a big shipment in from our suppliers. We spend a lot of time helping people who walk in off the street looking for specific parts for their machines. The main road is always loud with horns and buses passing by all day long. It’s a bit of a squeeze in the office area, but we make it work with what we have. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know where everything is kept in the storage bins. Sometimes we have to hunt for a specific item in the back, but we usually find it eventually. It's a very hands-on job. We get our hands dirty quite often throughout the day. The complex is old and the parking can be a real headache for customers who are in a hurry. We just try to be helpful when someone comes in. We don't do anything fancy with our shopfront. It's just a place of business.
