Sri Sai Sandhya Driving School

Our school, Sri Sai Sandhya Driving School, is based at 614 Mig in Kphb Colony, Kukatpally. This is a big residential area in Hyderabad, so there are always people looking to learn how to drive a car or a scooter. We’ve been set up here for some time now. Most of our students live right here in the colony or just a few streets over. It’s a busy place with plenty of traffic to practice in, which is good because you need to be ready for the real roads. We don’t go in for anything fancy. Our office is just a plain room where we do the registrations and talk to the families. We spend most of the daylight hours out in the cars. Some people find it hard to learn the clutch, so we spend a lot of time on that. We see a lot of parents bringing their children here once they turn eighteen. It’s a local routine. The roads in Kukatpally can be quite a challenge, but we just take it slow. We aren't trying to be the biggest school around, just a reliable one where you can come and learn. Every day is pretty much the same, meeting new people and watching them get better at driving. It feels good when someone finally gets their license after struggling with parallel parking for a week. We just keep the cars running and wait for the next student to arrive. It is a steady way to spend the day.
