Sri Sai Kiranam N General Store

The shop is at Shop No 9 in L B Nagar here in Hyderabad. We have been running Sri Sai Kiranam N General Store for a while now. It is a standard neighborhood spot where people stop by when they run out of salt or need some tea powder for their morning chai. Being in L B Nagar means there is always some traffic or people walking by. The shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a blue shutter and some signs. Inside, we have rows of pulses, rice bags, and all those small plastic toy items kids like. Managing the inventory is a bit of a headache sometimes because things run out faster than you expect. I usually sit behind the counter near the entrance. In the afternoons, when it gets really hot, things slow down a bit and I usually check the ledger or just sit under the fan. We don't try to do anything fancy here. We just stock what the local families ask for. If someone needs a specific brand of oil, we try to get it in the next order. It’s just us doing our work every day. The floor gets a bit messy with the rain sometimes but we keep a mop handy. Life goes on like this, and we are okay with that. It’s a quiet way to make a living and we know most of the neighbors by name now. It’s not much but it keeps us busy and part of the community here.
