Sri Sai Balaji Steel & Cement

Sri Sai Balaji Steel & Cement is our shop over in Miyapur. We are located in BK Plaza, which is right near the bus stand. It’s a very active spot with buses constantly pulling in and out. Being at 1-112/3/8/D means we see a lot of people every day. We mostly deal with heavy stuff like bags of cement and steel rods. It’s dusty work, and our clothes usually show it by the end of the shift. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a yard and a small office where we handle the paperwork. People from around the neighborhood come to us when they are building a wall or fixing up a house. We know most of the local contractors by name. The trucks come in early to drop off supplies, so the mornings are always our busiest time. We don't have a website or do any big advertising. Word of mouth around Miyapur is how we get most of our business. If you need some material, you just show up and tell us what you’re looking for. We check what we have in stock and get it loaded up. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. The plaza is easy to find if you're looking for the bus stand. We have been here for years and know exactly how the local construction cycle goes.
