Matrix Security Surveillance Systems is tucked away on the 3rd floor of the Lumbini Arcade. Being in Banjara Hills, it’s a fairly central location, though sometimes finding parking near the building is a bit of a headache. We spend our days looking at cameras, wires, and various types of monitoring equipment. It’s a lot of technical work, making sure everything connects up to the screens properly. The office isn't very big, mostly just racks of gear and desks covered in manuals and cables. We don't have a big reception area or anything flashy like that. Mostly, it’s just us testing out lenses or checking recording settings to make sure they work when they are supposed to. Surveillance is one of those things where you have to pay attention to the details. We’ve been in Lumbini Arcade for a bit now and it’s a decent place to work from. There’s usually a bit of noise from the other offices on the lower floors but we just keep to ourselves. When a customer comes in, they usually have a specific problem with their setup or they’re looking to get something new installed. We just talk them through the options in plain English. It’s practical work. We aren't trying to sell anyone anything they don't need. We just want to make sure the cameras actually capture what they are pointing at. That is the main thing we do every day in this office.
