Sri Geetha Educational Academy

Our academy sits near the Janapriya Apartments in the Hyderguda part of Mehdipatnam. It’s a familiar area for many in Hyderabad. Being close to Attapur means we get people coming from a few different directions. The building isn't anything special to look at. It is just a place where we have set up rooms for the students. You can usually hear the sound of voices. The scraping of chairs is constant as people settle in for their lessons. We don’t have a big fancy lobby. Instead, there are just hallways with some old notices taped to the walls. We have a few benches where people can sit. The fans hum all day long. They keep the air moving when the rooms get full. We keep a stack of notebooks and pens near the entrance. Someone always forgets theirs. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stops. However, it’s a quiet enough street once you get away from the heavy traffic. The staff here has been around for a long time. We know the names of most people who walk through the door. It feels more like a local community spot than a big institution. We don’t spend money on glossy brochures. We just focus on the books and making sure the students have a place to sit. It’s simple, honest, and a bit worn around the edges. We keep the windows shut when it rains.
