We are located over at Hno-36/256-24-1-2 in Chinna Chowk. Most people just call it the pharmacy or the lab. We spend a lot of time dealing with various herbs and roots that come in from different suppliers. It’s a bit of a process, honestly. We started this because we knew a bit about traditional ways of making medicine and figured we could make a go of it as a small business. We aren't a giant factory with hundreds of people. It’s just a few of us making sure the bottles are filled and the labels are on straight. Sometimes the printer jams or the power goes out, which is frustrating, but we manage. We just focus on getting the orders out to whoever needs them. If you walk past Chinna Chowk, you might smell the herbs. It’s a very specific scent that stays on your clothes all day. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It isn't flashy, but it’s what we do here every day from morning until evening.
