Sri Chandra Junior College

We have been here at BN Reddy Nagar for a while now, right at Door No 8-9-859 on Plot No 8. Most days start pretty early because that is just how college life goes around here. It is a busy spot in Hyderabad and you can usually see students standing around outside the gates before classes get moving. We just focus on the basics of getting through the syllabus and making sure the building stays in decent shape for everyone who comes in. There is not much fancy stuff about it, just classrooms and desks and the usual noise of a junior college. People around this part of the city know where we are because we have stayed in this same spot through plenty of changes in the neighborhood. Some of the staff have been here for years, watching different batches of kids come through and then head off to whatever is next for them. It gets a bit loud during the breaks, which is expected when you have a bunch of teenagers in one place. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up or the hallway gets a bit crowded. It is a local place for local students, mostly. We just do our work every day, open the doors, and make sure there is a place for the students to sit and learn their subjects without too much fuss or extra complication. It feels like a small community here.
