We are Sri Borga & Minerals Pvt Ltd, located at 24/549-7 in the Green Hills Colony area of Kothapet. It’s a bit of a residential spot, so it’s quieter than the main markets. We work with different types of minerals and raw materials that come in from the mines. Our office is basically a small house that we converted so we could have a place to manage the logistics. It’s not very formal here. Most of us wear regular clothes and we just focus on getting the work done. The trucks come by to pick up samples or drop off paperwork quite often. Kothapet is a good place for us because it’s easy for our staff to get to. We don't have a big marketing department or any of that. Most of our contracts are through old contacts and people we’ve known for years in the industry. It’s a lot of phone work and looking at spreadsheets to make sure the tonnage is right. Sometimes the dust from the samples gets everywhere, but we try to keep the place tidy. We’ve been operating under this name for a while now and we just stick to what we know. There are no big promises or fancy brochures here. We just buy and sell minerals and make sure the bills are paid on time. It’s a steady business and we are happy to be part of the Green Hills neighborhood.
