Sri Balaji Ganesh Kirana & General Stores

Our shop is on the ground floor of Nitesh Decadency, specifically Shop No 1. We are located in Street Nagar 13, Nacharam, Hyderabad. It’s a decent-sized place for a kirana store. We carry a mix of everything, hence the general store part of the name. From household cleaners to grains and even some small plastic items, we try to keep a bit of everything for everyone. Nacharam is a busy area and being in a building like Nitesh Decadency means we have neighbors right above us. It’s a bit different from a standalone shop, but we like the community feel. The morning rush for milk and bread is always the most hectic part of the day. I usually have a helper with me to handle the heavy bags while I take the cash. We don't use any fancy computer systems here, just a simple notebook and a calculator. Sometimes the street gets blocked with cars or bikes, making it hard for delivery trucks to get close, but we find a way. Hyderabad is growing so fast, and new shops open all the time, but our regulars keep coming back to Sri Balaji Ganesh. We don't do any advertising or promotions. People just see the sign and walk in. It’s a lot of work keeping track of all the small items, but it keeps us busy. We stay open pretty late because there’s always someone who forgot to buy sugar.
