Sree Venkateswara Tent House

Sree Venkateswara Tent House is tucked away in Sai Puri Colony over in Malkajgiri. Our address is 13-1-23/A, but most people in the neighborhood just know where to find us by now. We spend most of our time out on the road, honestly. We’re usually loading up the trucks with poles, heavy fabrics, and those plastic chairs that everyone uses for parties. Running a tent house means you don't really have a regular schedule. If there’s a wedding or a big prayer meeting, we’re up before the sun to start setting things up so everything is ready on time. It’s hard on the back and the sun can be really brutal, but we’ve got a good rhythm going with the guys who work here. We aren't a big corporate company with fancy uniforms. We’re just the people you call when you need some shade or a place for your guests to sit down. The shop itself is mostly just storage for all the gear, so it’s a bit crowded with piles of cloth and metal frames. We try to keep everything organized, but when you’re moving stuff in and out every day, it gets a bit messy. We’ve been part of so many local celebrations in Malkajgiri that it feels like we know half the town. We just show up, do the heavy lifting, and make sure the tents stay up even if it gets windy.
