Our office for Source is located in Flat No: 405, which is inside the Hotel Srinivasa Residency Building. We are right in the Lakadikapool area. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for an office, being in a hotel building, but it works out well for us. There is always a lot of activity in the lobby and around the entrance because of the guests and the central location. We have a few rooms converted into our working space where we handle our daily business. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of paperwork, but we’ve managed to organize it pretty well. The traffic in Lakadikapool can be quite heavy, especially during the morning and evening hours. We hear the honking from our windows, but you get used to it after a while. Most of what we do involves coordination and keeping track of various projects. We don't have a big storefront or a sign that you can see from a mile away. It’s more of a quiet, behind-the-scenes operation. We like the convenience of the area since everything is nearby. The people working here are just regular folks trying to get things done efficiently. We don't use any fancy management styles. We just talk to each other and fix problems as they come up. It's a modest setup but it suits what we need right now.
