Soni Trading Co.

Soni Trading Co. runs out of Flat 408 at Sagar Residency. It’s a housing board building in Moula Ali, so it’s more of a residential vibe than a big commercial tower. Working out of a flat has its own way of doing things. We have desks set up where you’d normally expect a dining table or a living room. It works for us because most of what we do is trading and paperwork, so we don't need a massive warehouse right here. The neighborhood is usually quiet during the day when everyone else is at their jobs. Sometimes you hear the neighbors' kids playing or someone cooking in the next flat. We’ve been here for a while and the location is quite central for the stuff we handle. Getting deliveries can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes since the delivery guys have to find the right block and use the lift. We spend most of the day on the phone or checking lists on the computer. It’s a small team, just a few of us really, so it feels more like a household than a big corporate office. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the orders coming in. Moula Ali is a decent place to be based. It’s not as chaotic as the main city center. We just keep things moving and handle the trading side of the business as best as we can from the fourth floor. It's a simple life and we like it that way. Everyone knows their part and we just get on with things.
