Sona Networks

We've been at the Synosoft Building in Lakdi Ka Pool for a while now. Our office is No 6-2-39/A Block on the fourth floor. Most days involve handling various network setups and fixing tech stuff that stops working. It's just what we do here. The office gets a bit busy, but we manage. We aren't a giant company with fancy suits and polished lobbies. It's just a small team trying to keep things running for people who need internet or cable fixes. Sometimes the elevators act up, but we are still here every morning. Dealing with wires and routers isn't always glamorous. There's a lot of dust behind server racks that people never see. We usually grab lunch at one of the spots nearby and then get back to troubleshooting. We started out small and stayed that way because it's easier to talk to people directly. No complicated phone menus here. If someone calls, one of us picks up. Lakdi Ka Pool is a busy area, so there is always someone coming in with a question about their connection. We try to be straightforward about what can be fixed and what needs replacing. Sometimes parts take time to arrive, and we just tell it like it is. It's honest work. We spend a lot of time testing connections and making sure everything is plugged in right. It isn't rocket science, but it takes patience and a bit of focus to get everything organized correctly for our customers.
