Somani Ispat Private Limited

Our facility is at Plot No. 11-6-27/1,2,3 in Balanagar, right across from the I.D.P.L Factory. Being in an industrial zone like this means we are surrounded by other big plants and warehouses. Somani Ispat Private Limited handles a lot of iron and steel processing. We have a fairly large plot, which is necessary because the materials we work with take up a lot of room. There’s always a crane or a forklift moving something around in the yard. It can get pretty dusty out there, especially when the wind picks up and blows through the open gates. Inside the office, things are a bit quieter, but not by much. We are constantly on the phone with suppliers or checking on the progress of different jobs. Our team is a mix of people who have been here since the start and some newer faces. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that; we just wear what’s practical for a place that deals with heavy metal. The equipment we use is heavy-duty and requires regular maintenance to keep things running smoothly. Sometimes a machine breaks down and throws our whole schedule off, but we just roll with it and fix it as fast as we can. It’s a busy environment with a lot of moving parts, literally and figuratively. We just focus on getting the work done day by day and making sure the stock is ready for transport.
