Solix Technologies

We are Solix Technologies, and we’re based in Hyderabad. When people ask where we are, we just say Hyd because everyone here knows the drill. The city is a big hub for tech, but we try to keep things a bit more down-to-earth than the massive companies you see in Hitech City. Our daily routine involves a lot of sitting in front of monitors and trying to stay cool when the Hyderabad heat gets really intense during the summer. We’ve got a team that’s been around the block a few times, so we don’t get worked up about small stuff anymore. We just show up, do the coding or the support work, and head home. The office isn't anything special to look at—just the usual chairs, some half-empty water bottles, and a lot of cables running along the floor. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or any of that. We just know what we have to do and we try to do it right. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big problem to solve, and other days we’re out the door as soon as the sun goes down. It’s a pretty standard tech life in the city. We enjoy the local food from the stalls nearby during lunch, and that’s about as exciting as it gets around here. Just work, tea, and more work.
