We spend our time managing the day-to-day stuff that comes with running a place like this. It’s not always easy, especially when the traffic gets bad in the evenings. The space we have is functional and does what it needs to do. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks. We’re more concerned with making sure the operations are running smoothly. Some of us have lived in Telangana our whole lives, so we’re used to the pace here. We have a small team, and we all pitch in wherever needed. There isn't a lot of hierarchy; if something needs cleaning or fixing, whoever is closest just does it. We keep things pretty simple. We don't have a big mission statement or anything fancy like that. We just show up, do the work, and try to handle whatever problems pop up during the shift. It’s a lot of hours, but it’s what we do. Gachibowli is a good place to be if you want to stay busy. We take our breaks when we can get them.
