Our office is in Flat No.401, which is part of D.No.16-90 in the Florence Cottage building. We are located in Sri Krishna Nagar, right in the Dilsukhnagar area. It’s more of a residential-feeling setup since we are in a flat, but it serves our needs for the retail services we handle. There are desks squeezed into the main room and wires running along the floor for the computers. It can get a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone at the same time. The building is a bit older, so the elevator is sometimes slow, but we are only on the fourth floor. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff that people don't really see when they go shopping. It’s mostly data, lists, and coordinating with different vendors. We try to keep things moving as fast as possible. The view from the window is just other buildings and the street below, which is usually packed with bikes and cars. This part of town is always moving, so there is never a dull moment outside. We have our routine, starting with coffee and checking the messages that came in overnight. It is a busy little office and we are usually pretty tired by the time we lock up in the evening. There isn't any fancy lobby or receptionist, just us working away at our desks. We like it being simple like this because we can just focus on the tasks. We just keep going until the daily reports are done. Every day brings something new.
