It’s a bit of an unusual spot for an office, being in a hostel building, but it works for us. Madhapur is always buzzing with people and traffic, especially being so close to the tech parks. Our space is pretty simple. We don't have leather chairs or big art on the walls. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee cups. Working in Hi-Tech City means everything around us is moving fast, but inside our office, we just focus on the tasks at hand. It can get a bit crowded in this part of Hyderabad, and finding a quiet moment is rare. We’ve been here for a while now, and we’ve seen the whole area grow up around us. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the new constructions. We don't try to act like we’re some giant corporation. We’re just Sintel Systems Private Ltd, doing our thing in a shared-style building. We get our work done, deal with the occasional power cut or slow internet, and head home like everyone else. It’s a real, boots-on-the-ground kind of place. We like the energy of Madhapur, even if it’s a bit chaotic some days. There are always students and young professionals around because of the hostel, so the vibe is pretty young. We just stick to our corner and keep working.
