It keeps things quiet and away from the noise of the main road. Singh Business Consultants is a small operation, really. We focus on helping businesses with their day-to-day problems and planning. It’s mostly just sitting at our desks and working through spreadsheets or talking on the phone with clients. We don't have a big reception area or a lot of staff in uniforms. It’s more like a group of friends working together. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, and we have to take the stairs, which is a bit of a workout. We like being in a place that feels like a home because it makes the work feel less like a chore. We’ve had some people ask why we don't move to a big office tower, but we like the Silver Oak spot. It’s easy for us to get to, and it fits our style. We don't need fancy things to get our work done. We just need a good internet connection and some quiet time to think. Our clients seem to like the low-key atmosphere too. It makes everything feel a bit more personal and less like a transaction. We just take one day at a time and try to be helpful without making things overly complicated for anyone involved. We just show up and do the work.
