Running a travel business out of Mahabub Mansion in Humayun Nagar is quite the experience. Our place is H No 10-4-29, right there in the Masab Tank area. If you know the neighborhood, you know it stays crowded pretty much all day. We have cars and drivers going all over Asif Nagar and beyond. Mostly, we deal with people needing a ride for a wedding or just a quick trip out of the city. The phones start ringing pretty early, usually before I’ve even finished my first tea. We keep our keys on a big rack behind the main counter. Some days are slow, while others feel like everyone in Hyderabad decided to travel at the exact same time. The building itself has some history to it, and we've been in this specific spot for a bit. We don't have a big fancy website or anything like that. Most of our work comes from folks walking in or neighbors who know us. Our drivers are mostly local guys who know the shortcuts around Masab Tank when the main roads are choked up. Sometimes a car needs a last-minute oil change or a tire swap, and we just handle it right there. It’s honest work, keeping the fleet running and making sure people get where they need to go. We stay busy with the paperwork and the logbooks, just making a living one trip at a time.
