Sigma Print Pack (India)

Sigma Print Pack (India) is over in Phase-III of Cherapally, specifically at units 6 and 13. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always trucks moving around and the sound of other factories in the background. We do printing and packaging work here, which means our hands are often stained with ink. The floors are concrete and have been scuffed up over the years from moving heavy pallets around. It’s a big space but it feels small once you get all the machines and the raw materials inside. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just take the orders, set up the presses, and get to it. Most of our time is spent watching the rollers and making sure the colors don't bleed. It can get pretty hot in the summer months, but we just keep the fans running and stay busy. The people working here have been around for a long time, so we all know how the machines sound when they are working right. We don't put much stock in being polished; we just want the boxes and prints to look okay for the people who buy them. If you come to Cherapally looking for us, just look for the units with the stacks of cardboard outside. It’s a basic setup, but it’s been working for us for quite a few years now.
