Sigma Hospital

This hospital is located right in the APIIC Colony within the IDA area of Gaaee Matala. Being in an industrial area means we see a lot of people who work in the nearby factories and units. The surroundings are mostly warehouses and industrial plots, so it isn't exactly a scenic spot, but it’s where we are needed. The building itself is quite functional. We have large windows that let in a bit too much sun in the afternoon, so we keep the blinds pulled down mostly. Inside, it smells like soap and floor cleaner. We have a few wards where the beds are lined up, and we try to keep the noise down, though the sound of trucks passing by outside is hard to ignore. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign with flashing lights. Most people find us because they work nearby or live in the colony houses. The staff stays busy with regular rounds and checking on whoever is staying in the wards. Sometimes we run out of the good pens, and everyone has to share the one that barely writes. It’s a very grounded kind of place. We focus on the daily tasks—checking temperatures, handing out prescriptions, and making sure the oxygen tanks are full. It’s about doing the work and being there for the workers and residents of the IDA.
