We are located at G-2, 8-3-222/8/76A, on the second floor in Madhura Nagar. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, so we just tell people to look for the building in Madhura Nagar. Siddu Security Systems Pvt Ltd is based here. Being on the second floor means we have to carry everything up and down the stairs, which is a bit of a workout. The office is basically just a room full of cameras, monitors, and rolls of cable. We spend a lot of our time out on sites, so the office is often just one person sitting there answering the phone. It’s not a fancy place with carpets or anything. We have some plastic chairs for visitors and a desk that’s getting a bit old. Madhura Nagar is a nice area, quite residential and busy during the day. We’ve been working with security setups for a long time now. It’s mostly just technical work, making sure everything connects right and the screens show what they are supposed to. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. People usually find us through word of mouth or seeing our address. It’s a straightforward business. We come in, we check the equipment, we go to the jobs, and we come back to finish the paperwork. That’s how we’ve always done it.
