Siddhrtra Degree College

Siddhrtra Degree College is situated right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Dilsukhnagar in Hyderabad. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets with traffic and people moving about all day long. Our college is one of the many buildings in this busy district where students come to get their degrees. Since we are in such a central location, most of the students use the Metro or the local buses to get here every morning. The college itself does not have a sprawling campus with green grass; it is a practical city building with several floors of classrooms. We have the usual labs for the science subjects and a small library where students can sit and study between their lectures. The rooms are filled with rows of benches and the usual whiteboards. It gets quite noisy outside with the sounds of the city, but the students are used to it by now. During the lunch break, most of them head out to the nearby tea stalls or small eateries that line the streets of Dilsukhnagar. It is a very straightforward place for higher education. We focus on getting through the syllabus and preparing for the university exams. The staff has been around for years and they know how to handle the large number of students we get every year. It is just a typical, busy Hyderabad college serving the local community.
