Siddhartha Imports & Exports is based in the Chandralok Complex, near Paradise Circle on S.D. Road. Being at number 226 in the complex puts us right in a very busy part of Secunderabad. If you have ever been around Paradise Circle, you know the traffic can be quite a lot, especially during the morning and evening hours. Our office is tucked away inside the building, and that is where we handle the daily work of importing and exporting various goods. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or dealing with all the different documents needed for customs. This kind of work takes a bit of patience because things do not always move as quickly as you would like them to. We are a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a little bit of everything throughout the day. We do not have a dedicated person just to answer the phones; whoever is free just picks it up. We have been in this location for a while now and it is handy because there are so many other businesses nearby. The office itself is very basic, with just some desks and filing cabinets for all the papers. We do not really do any advertising; most people find us through word of mouth or by seeing us in the building directory. It is a simple business and we like to keep it that way.
