Shri Vitthal Urban Nidhi Limited is situated on Road No. 2 in Banjara Hills. We are in Flat 301, part of that 8-2-120/115/14 address block. Banjara Hills is a busy part of Hyderabad, but our office stays relatively quiet once you get inside. We have been here for a while now. It is mostly a place where we manage the local Nidhi activities. There are desks, some old filing cabinets, and a very old ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise. We don't mind it much. The staff is just a handful of local folks who live nearby. We come in early and usually leave before the worst of the evening traffic starts up. We handle the paperwork for people who live around here. It’s practical work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek lobby or expensive paintings. It’s just a functional space where things get done. Sometimes we bring in lunch and eat together in the small kitchen area. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, probably because it started as an apartment. The 500034 area is a good spot for us. People know where Road No. 2 is, so it’s easy to find. We just keep things simple. No fancy talk, just honest work every day. That is how we like to run things here.
