We are over at Lal Darwaza, right across from Sudha Talkies in Hyderabad. If you know the area, finding house number 23-5-806 isn't too hard. We deal with masalas and organic foods. It started because we wanted real spices without all the junk in them. My family has been using these kinds of ingredients for ages, so we decided to make it a formal thing under the name Shri Malhari Masalas And Organic Foods. It is an OPC private limited setup. We spend a lot of our time sorting through different grains and powders. Sometimes the shop gets a bit dusty from the grinding, but that is how you know it is fresh. We don't have a big fancy office, just our place here in Telangana. People from around the neighborhood stop by often. We keep things pretty simple. If you are looking for stuff that tastes like it came from a real kitchen, we usually have it. We try to keep the organic side of things honest. It is a lot of work managing the inventory, especially with organic stuff having a shorter shelf life. We just handle the daily operations ourselves. The heat in Hyderabad can be a bit much sometimes, but we stay busy with the orders. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We are just here doing our bit with the food and spices in this part of town. It takes up most of our day but we do not mind.
