Shoba Travels

Shoba Travels is located at Plot No. 22 in Krishna Nagar, over in the Moulaali area. It is basically a small office where we manage our cars and drivers. Being in Meerpet village means we are a bit away from the high-rise buildings, which is fine by us. We spend a lot of our time looking at schedules and talking to people on the phone who need to get to the airport or a wedding. The office is usually full of car keys and maps, though we use phones for everything now. Our drivers are often resting in the shade nearby between trips. It can be a stressful job when someone is running late or a car breaks down unexpectedly, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. We know these roads around Moulaali like the back of our hands. The parking area can get a bit cramped when all the vehicles are back at the same time. We don't have a fancy waiting room, just some chairs and a fan that works most of the time. It’s a local business through and through. Most of our customers are people from the same neighborhood who have been using us for years. We just try to keep the cars running and the drivers on time as best as we can. It’s hard work, but someone has to do it to keep people moving.
