Shivam Moter Driving School

Shivam Moter Driving School is right at 9-10-1/2 in Mholagung, practically right beside the main gate of Golconda Fort. It’s a pretty famous area in Hyderabad, so people don’t usually have a hard time finding where we are. Our little office is nestled right there where all the tourists and locals pass by. It’s an old building, and the walls are a bit uneven, but it has character. We don't have a lot of fancy tech; just some pens, paper, and the keys to the cars. Most of the day, we are out near the fort walls, helping people learn how to shift gears and watch the road. The area can get very crowded, especially near the gate, which makes for some interesting driving lessons. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It’s just a small family-run type of place. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, and we’re always sweeping it out. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit, just one of us sitting at the desk when we aren't in a car. We’ve been at this spot for years and have seen the neighborhood change a lot. But we just keep doing the same thing, teaching one person at a time. It’s a simple life and we like being so close to the fort. We just focus on the basics and keep things moving along.
