Shiva Datta Motor Driving School

If you know the Lothkunta area, you probably know where Narthaki Theatre is. We are right near there, over at Plot No 9 in Rudra Nagar Colony. This is Shiva Datta Motor Driving School. We spend most of our days out on the roads around Hyderabad, teaching people how to drive without panic. It’s a practical business. We don't have a big corporate office; our shop is Shop No 1, and that's where we meet up to talk about schedules and paperwork. Learning to drive in this part of town can be a bit of a challenge because of the crowds, but that’s exactly why people come to us. We take the car out, explain the basics of the clutch and the gears, and just let the student get a feel for it. We’ve seen all kinds of drivers—some who are natural at it and others who take a bit more time to get used to the traffic. We try to be patient because we know how it feels to be in the driver’s seat for the first time. The area around Rudra Nagar is where we do a lot of the initial practice before heading out to busier spots. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. Most of our business comes from neighbors telling their friends about us. We just want to make sure everyone stays safe on the road while they learn to navigate these busy city streets.
