Shia Council For Civil Liberties

The Shia Council For Civil Liberties is found at Municipal No 5-8 316 to 322. We are located on Chirag Ali Lane in the Abids area of the city. This is a very old and famous part of town, so it is always crowded with people and cars. Our office is spread across several units in an older building.
