Sheelas Arts&Crafts

Our little spot is at 17, Lal Bahadur Stadium, which sounds a lot more grand than it actually feels when you’re standing inside. It’s a busy area, especially when there’s a game or some event happening nearby. You can hear the crowds and the traffic all day long. Sheelas Arts&Crafts is basically a room filled with materials and half-finished projects. We don’t have a big showroom. It’s more of a workshop where we keep our hands busy. Sometimes the floor is covered in scraps of paper or bits of wood, depending on what we’re making that week. It’s not the kind of place that’s always perfectly clean, but that’s because we’re actually working in it. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know their way around the tools. We don't bother with fancy advertising or anything like that. People usually hear about us through word of mouth or they just stumble upon us while walking near the stadium. The lighting inside isn't the best, so we use a few extra lamps to see what we're doing. It’s a practical setup. We handle the crafts as they come in, and we don't try to make it seem like something it isn't. It’s just a local business trying to get the work done right without making a big fuss about it. We just enjoy the process of making things by hand.
