Shanthi Motor Driving School

Shanthi Motor Driving School is situated in Moti Nagar, specifically at Plot No 90/A. We are right opposite Harsha Enclave and not far from Shankar Mattam. Hyderabad is a city that never really slows down, so teaching someone to drive here is always an adventure. We start with the basics in the quieter parts of Moti Nagar before we venture out toward the busier intersections. It’s a lot of footwork—teaching the balance between the clutch and the accelerator. Most of our students are locals from the nearby apartment complexes or people working in the city. We have a few cars that we use for the lessons, and they’ve seen a lot of miles. They aren't the latest models, but they are reliable and good for learning the mechanics. The process for getting a license involves a lot of back and forth with the transport office, and we try to take care of as much of that as we can so the students don't have to worry about the forms. We aren't a big chain, just a local school that’s been here for years. You’ll usually see us out on the road from early morning until the sun goes down. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room; it’s mostly just us and the cars. We just focus on getting people comfortable enough to pass their test and drive safely on their own through these busy Hyderabad streets.
