To get to Olax Pharma Labs Pvt. Ltd., you have to head out to the Alexandria Knowledge Park in Genome Valley. We are in Building 450, specifically in Suite No. 211a. It’s quite a way out in Shameerpet, away from all the city noise. We run our R & D Center from there. It is a lot of lab work and looking at data all day. The Knowledge Park is a huge place with lots of buildings, so it took us a while to get used to it ourselves. Our suite isn't massive, but it has everything we need for our research and development. It’s a quiet environment, which is good when you need to focus on science. We don't have any of that corporate polish. It’s just a working lab with people in white coats trying to figure things out. Sometimes the equipment is a bit finicky and the paperwork piles up, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't some big nameless entity. We are just a small team of researchers doing our bit in the pharma world. The drive out to Shameerpet is long, but we don't mind it. It gives us time to think. We don't have any big goals pinned to the wall. We just show up, do the testing, and make sure everything is accurate. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place where we spend most of our waking hours. We just keep plugging away at it.
