Sewak Wood Handicrafts

Sewak Wood Handicrafts is tucked away on Rahmath Nagar Road, right beside the Telangana Bank. Our house number is 8-3-225/1, but most people just look for the bank or the big tree nearby. Yousufguda is a busy part of town, and there is always a lot of traffic passing by our front door. We have been here for a good while, making various items out of wood by hand. It’s a small space, so things can get a bit cluttered when we have several projects going at once. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively while we sand and carve. The bank staff often comes over during their lunch break to see what we are working on. We aren't a corporate setup with meetings and schedules. We just wake up, open the shutters, and start working on whatever needs to be finished that day. Sometimes a customer wants something very specific and we have to sit down and figure out how to do it with the tools we have. We don’t use any fancy marketing tricks. We just show people what we’ve made and let them decide. It’s a bit dusty and loud here sometimes, but we like the work and we like being part of this neighborhood. It feels like home to us, and we plan on staying here for a long time.
