Sero Icollege Private Limited

Sero Icollege is located in Madhapur, specifically in the Ayyappa Society area which is always bustling. We are in Flat 504 of the Saisilicon Apartment. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad, right near the tech hub, so there is always something going on outside. Our office is basically a converted apartment, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a sterile corporate office. We have desks set up in the different rooms and we spend most of our time on our laptops. Since we are in Khanamet, we get a lot of the local traffic and noise, but we’ve gotten used to it. The team here is pretty small. We don’t have layers of management or anything like that. If someone has an idea for a new course or a way to fix a problem on the site, we just talk about it over tea. It’s a very direct way of working. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, or we have to wait for a delivery, and those are the little things that make up our day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our jobs well and keep the platform running for the people who use it. It’s a lot of daily maintenance and responding to messages. Being in an apartment building means we know our neighbors and it keeps us grounded in the local community. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs.
