Over here at Lead Skill, we operate out of Jahannuma Model Town Colony. Our address is 19-2-29/A/179 if you’re looking for the exact spot in Hyderabad. It’s a lively neighborhood with a lot of families and small shops around. We focus on teaching skills to people who want to get ahead. It isn't a massive campus or anything like that. We have a few rooms where we set up and do our teaching. It can get pretty loud outside with the traffic and the local markets, but we just close the doors and get to it. We started this because we saw a lot of people who needed a bit of extra training to get the jobs they wanted. Most of us here have lived in this part of Hyderabad for a long time. We know the 500053 area code like the back of our hands. Some days are busier than others, especially when a new group of students starts. We don't have fancy furniture, just the basics that we need to explain things clearly. It’s practical work. We spend a lot of time talking and demonstrating how things are done. Sometimes we stay late to help someone who is struggling with a concept. It’s just how we operate. We want people to leave here feeling like they actually learned something useful they can use tomorrow.
